APCI-UK at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2013

London- APCI-UK strengthens its roots with great success at Olympia Kensington,  where between the 8th and the 10th of September was held the last edition of Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2013, one of the most prestigious international food fair exhibitions in the UK, where since 2001, prizes to the best international products on the British market are awarded.
During the 3 days of the event the delegation APCI-UK, present in 15 stands of the Italian pavilion, has delighted the palates of visitors with special dishes prepared by Chef Carmelo Carnevale and his team of chefs using the excellent products that the Italian companies provided.

The APCI-UK has also acted as a bridge between companies for the first time in the UK market by introducing them to local distributors looking for new products.  This has meant that an effective and quick commercial feedback was created benefitting both parts, a reference point for the new company and new and excellent products for the distributor.

A fantastic success all round.
