APCI-UK in collaboration with IBFood, has organised a masterclass on how to taste extravergine olive oil.
In this session, sponsered by IBFood, it will be illustrated how to taste, recognise and judge the caracteristics and properties of different olive oils.
The organoleptic properties of olive oil from Sardenia, Tuscan and Liguaria will be analised and compared to those more commonly present in the UK market.
The masterclass will be held in the IBFood offices on the29th of May 2013 at 10.00 am, it will last approximately 90 minutes.
