Londra – From 18 to 19 June oils finalists of the “Symposium Culinario Ercole Olivario 2013″ will participate in the two-day event organized at the Monastery of the city of Manchester by the refreshing Italian Cinzia Fraquelli Bocchi (Ristorante La Locanda in Gisburn – England).
It’s an event to promote the Italian extra virgin olive oil, “Olive Essential Knowledge for a Healthier Future,” with debates on the topic of olive production and quality of the Mediterranean diet, which are open to an audience of specialized operators, press and scholars in the field. Do not miss the opportunity to taste a fine selection of labels, with the help of experts.
On 20 June, the winning oils come to London for a press conference to present the competition Ercole Olivario and oils winners.
The press conference will also be an opportunity to launch in London on the Symposium Menu Chef Ercole Olivario and introduce it in Italian restaurants certified with the Italian Hospitality, certification issued by ISNART and Italian Unioncamere. The restaurants participating in the project that will take over an agreed period the menu Ercole Olivario receive promotional material of the competition along with a kit containing samples of oils winners.
